CTDashboard is a free Windows desktop application for clinical trial safety monitoring. It is designed to run entirely on your local machine. This privacy policy explains how we handle data within the application and on our website, clinicaltrialdashboard.com.
All clinical data you load into CTDashboard is processed entirely on your computer. No clinical data is sent to our servers or any third party. Your data never leaves your machine during normal use of the application.

CTDashboard includes an optional AI Narratives feature that generates patient safety summaries using an external AI API.

Workspace files never contain clinical data, patient records, or any data from your loaded files.
Our website may use basic analytics to measure page views and general traffic patterns. These analytics do not track individual users, do not use cookies for tracking, and do not collect personally identifiable information.
